What is Living Free?

Living Free is a small group strategy that has helped over 800,000 people learn to face life's struggles and move toward freedom and wholeness in Christ.

At church and work, people are smiling outside--hurting inside. Keeping up appearances.

But something has its hooks in them. Threatens to take them under. Depression. Anxiety. Anger. Broken Relationships. Caregiving Responsibilities. Addictions. Eating Disorders. Money Problems. Compulsive Sex. A Loved-one's Problems.

See how this small group strategy works, hear some powerful stories of changed lives, and check out proven resources and tools.

Greg grew up around the ministry of Teen Challenge and saw life transformation happen on a regular basis. God called Greg into full-time ministry when he was 16 years old, but followed his own path through the rest of high school and into college. Greg graduated from Memphis State University with a BBA in Management in 1992. After college, Greg was working for FedEx and was enrolled into their management training program when God revisited the call He had placed on Greg's life. • Testimony from Rwanda

God does heal the broken-hearted and binds up their wounds (Psalm 147:3). Read the following testimony we received today regarding today's Living Free Every Day devotion provided by Living Free ministries.

"Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ, Thank you so much for the message of forgiveness. Jesus Christ recommend us to forgive if we want to be forgiven. For us Rwandans, we are experiencing forgiveness and now we are free from the bondage of unforgiveness. When you forgive, even physically, you are released. I am telling you this because I have forgiven those who killed my parents and relatives. But, ask to be led by the Holy Spirit who will enable you to forgive those who sin against you."
