About the Living Free Small Groups
Practical and Effective
Living Free small groups meet people where they are in life. Use the groups to plant a new church or grow your existing ministry by enlisting unreached people. Some churches have used Living Free small groups for more than ten years and each of these churches has reached hundreds, even thousands of new people.
This serious, life changing small group ministry is designed to help everyone. These groups are for you, whether you want to learn how to minister to people trapped in a problem, how to prevent a life-controlling problem, or how to overcome your own life-controlling problem.
Range of Topics
The small group curriculum topics include developing Christian character, anger, conflict resolution, addictions, eating disorders, depression, grief and loss, sexual purity, codependency, parenting, life as a single Christian, same sex attraction, caring for aging or infirm loved-ones, overcoming disappointments and setbacks, authentic Christianity, grief for children, dealing with prejudice, family violence, 12-Steps, knowing God, and other topics. New topics are continually being developed.
The groups all follow a format that includes times of Introduction, Self-Awareness, Spiritual Awareness, and Application. Participants each have a workbook to prepare themselves for the next meeting. Meetings are designed to last 75 minutes, but the time is flexible depending on the number of participants. Groups contain a maximum of 12 participants.
